H1 is an dual-intent visa and so it is NOT critical to prove that you will be going back to your home country (ties to home). Eventhough they have listed that, you don't have to worry about that. Most of the times problems comes with genuiness of certificates, employement, etc. "home ties" will not be a problem. It is an issue only with student visas.
