Yikes !!! Problem with 1 AC21 180 day case

Don\'t mean to alarm you. A lot of cases have been approved but I just came to know of 1 case which ran into a problem and thought you should know.

Just saw this on www.isn.org in the I485 forum.

If you get called for an interview I am assuming that you will need paystubs from (a) sponsoring employer OR (b) new employer. Sounds like you could be screwed (till regulations are passed) if you don\'t have (a) inspite of AC21.

Please share your thoughts!

My 485 case falls under AC21 (106) (c). I had interview. IIO told he will not approve till he receives further regulations because the above law is on HOLD currently through out nation.

I hope I will not face heart attack/brain hemorrhage soon.

-----------further details -----

EB3, NSC, Yes I provided current employment letter stating slary/position/duties which is same as previous job.

I even showed AC21 106 (c) memorandum to interviewing IIO.

If any of you have got approval based on this law please help me in how to go about this situation

The AVM still has the original message, that is Appl. received... No change of FP sent, FP received... It this common? Does this happen often?
