still waiting for FP notice

Looks like that I\'m the only one with Sep RD and Sep ND still waiting for the FP notice. I\'m in San Diego area. Any idea how long I might need to wait?

Any october rd guys who have AVM change after FP ??

We completed our FP on 3/19, FBI sent the results back on 3/19 for spouse and 3/20 for me...AVM message is still the same ?? after a week now .
 
No change in AVM

FP Done 03/06 and FBI confirmed the transfer....but no change in AVM message...

how check with FBI

hi tt tt,

I have the FP done on the same day as yours. AVM has not chnaged yet.

How do you check with FBI to see if they done FP? what is their phone #?

Just now got mail from attorney that they have recev\'d the fingerprint notice.
We will wait for couple days till we receive our copy if not take cortesy copy and go for early finger printing.

PCee, please, update my information. On 3/26 our lawyer received FP notices for my wife and me for 4/30 at San Jose.
Can you please update a note on my EAD\'s RFE? My lawyer received RFE for my EAD which requested a signature card.

Hi Guys
My Receipt date was 09/25/2001, FP date done at San Jose on 03/14/2002 but was actually scheduled on 04/10/2002.

The AVM still says that the "application received on 09/25/2001 and it is taking between 900-979 days to progress" and not "finger print notice sent" or "finger print received from FBI" something like that.

Is there anybody in the WAC-01-294 series in my position and if i call the INS about the status will i know exactly as to where my status is ?
