Is there any chance to get the RFE for EAD.IF yes,what are the possible things to get that.

got FP notice for 3/30 at oakland

Hi all, I got FP notice on 2/27 and it is schedule for oakland on 3/30. planning to go early at san jose office
 
Yes u can go to SanJose & do early FP. It is simple

No need of any appointment. Just go either morning 8.00 AM or go in the afternoon around2 PM. The rush will we very minimum those times.
No questions asked. Just show your FP letter & Identification (dirvers licence or Passport). Thats it. FP will be done in 10 minutes.
 
dom, After your msg is going to "That case has been approved..."

My EAD approval msg changed tow times. The first time "After
approving..." on 2/16/2002. The second time "This case has been
approved...." on 2/26/2002. My attoney got approval notice on
2/28/2002. I got EAD card at home on 2/28/2002. I think, your
wife gets EAD CARD around tow weeks.

FP done on 3/02

FP scheduled for 3/28 at Oakland ASC
FP done yesterday at San Jose. Reached there at 2.30 pm and was out in less than 10 mins...absolutely no questions asked. You only need to take your Passport or DL along with the FP notice.

I was surprised at the actual location of the ASC...it was in the middle of a shopping complex and very easy to not notice it. But then again this is a privately owned center that is approved by the INS. From what i could surmise they get paid on the number of FP\'s they process and could care less if your FP is scheduled in Oakland or anywhere else as long as it falls under the jurisdiction of CSC.
Wonder why Oakland ASC doesn\'t subscribe to this theory ?

I\'m not sure if early FP helps or not but now that it\' s done i can come up with a lot of other theories until i get my approval :)

RFE issued for EAD...

Hmm, as I earlier mentioned, my wife\'s EAD was approved with no problem on 2/26. I have just checked the AVM and found out that RFE was issued for my EAD on 3/1. Has anybody else received an RFE for EAD?
Can I still use my iEAD for moonlighting if RFE is issued for the pending EAD application?

hi!

A couple of my friends received RFE for EAD. This was because the pics. that they had taken (4 as per INS specs. )were dark.

They re-took their pics. again at a different place and mailed it and they got their EAD. Ofcourse, there was a delay of approx. 3 weeks.
