Are you sure your ND is 11/02 and your WAC# is 01-291? I think there is a typo in your ND! You should have September end ND and your WAC# looks just fine! Just wondering!

Anyone with WAC#287 got approved as yet?? It appears there are several 289\'s that have been approved. Any theories on this??

Just heard on AVM that my and my wife\'s case has been aprroved on April 3rd!!!

Took 8 months for the I-485 and 2 years overall. Have been checking the AVM daily and was a regular(daily) visitor to this site. Special thanks to PCee and Rsrgc for maintaining the list and appoval thread which gave a clear picture of the approval process status.

Hope everyone gets their approval soon!!!!
 
Checking!! what date was mentioned in the PD column of your 485 receipt notice and fp notice?

Was it blank or May\' 00 or your 485 received date? Please post your details....Thanks

The priority date on the 485 notice was blank and it was the receipt date (Aug 7) on the FP notice.

Anybody\'s AVM still saying the same?

Hi,
I got my FP notice on Feb 1 and I took the prints on Feb 6. Even after two months, the AVM still sings the same old song. " Your application was received on so and so date. It is taking between 975 and 999 days.." I am starting to get worried that INS has misplaced my files. I called FBI to confirm my finger prints have been sent to INS. Is there anybody having the same issue?

BTW, my RD is Aug 21 and ND, Sep 21. WAC 01-289-XXXXX.
