FP Update

Hi,

Let me add. My RD is Nov 11th. Did FP on 3/29 at San Jose. I called the INS a couple of days ago. They told me that they have not recieved the investigative report from the FBI. Once they recieve that the case will sit on the shelf for 60 days and then be assigned to an officer.

If anyone notices a WAC-02-XXX case approved .. please let us all know .. seems like INS is holding WAC-02 cases and cleaning WAC-01\'s first. I know of three WAC-02\'s approved from october (from pcee\'s site). If anyone notices/has a friend/hears a confirmed grapevine talk/etc. about any other such case please let us all know. Thanks.

Lawyer got copy, I got card on June 2nd.

Now starts the final wait for GC !!!!

EAD REF again :(

Just called the IIO, she said they\'re going to send me the second REF for my EAD. :(
The first REF for both my husband and me is I140 approval notice and marriage certificate. Now, my husband got his approved last week, but I got REF again.

Could anybody advise me what document should I bring to local INS for the iEAD card in this case? And can I go to get iEAD since the REF is issued?

Just checked my AVM, it says FPs were received on April 10th, processing resumed.

Hi,

Today the AVM message played FP collected and processing resumed on April 12th. I did FP on April 3rd scheduled for late April.
