There is no general answer. From a few weeks to a few months. In extreme cases a few years. The more common your name the longer it takes. If you are from a "problematic" country it takes longer.

I got my recommended approval in august and final approval came in april next year.
for others, it is couple of months, for some, moe than one year.
rarely it might take several years!

I've been waiting for my final approval for exactly 2.5 years. Wonder how much longer it will take...and what the f*ck is a "problematic" country?
