So what's the problem?

immigration officer can go after my arrest(fail to establish a good moral character)...even there was no conviction and the charge drop by the judge?

withdraw the application and apply in couple more years?

thanks

If you're acquitted, you're acquitted. Unless they demonstrate a pattern of behavior there is nothing to be worried about.

You'll still need to declare the arrests and provide disposition of the cases, so there's no point delaying things.

What is felony for license plate and how did you come up with 10% chance? Only the 1995 charge resulted in conviction so you should be ok. Bring all your court documents to interview.

Dismissed free and clear, without any probation or fine or community service or alternative sentencing?

yes. no guilty plea ,no probation,no community service, no fine,no alternative sentencing, nothing.

hi OP

Is your DO Maryland? In the middle of my interview two days ago, the IO was interrupted by a co-worker of hers who asked her to sign stuff about the case of the guy with the public urination charge. Also, even before the interview started, the IO just had me stand there in the hallway while she was chatting with another colleague about the same case. From what I gathered, the person was approved (I think they had to go back and bring some paper, but they were approved in principle). IF not you, know that you are not the only one

Nice. Now you can pee freely without fear of deportation! Hehe.
you are a funny guy:)
