Gc In Citizenship Process

Hi folks, I have a question regarding my wife, We got married in 2003 and she was on F1 status while i have a GC. I filed a i130 peteion and was approaved feb 2005.(it dont have any priorty date on that).Now my wife has stoped going to school.I have also applyed for my citizenship in Feb and waiting for my interview date.is it possible that i apply for my wifes green card now or i have to wait more till my citizenship interview? or anyother way to get her status to adjust as permenent resedent.

Wait till you become a US citizen, espically if your wife is out of status now. There is NO relief available for overstay of Permanent residents. Wait!:cool:
 
Where are you in the citizenship process, if not yet interviewed then you still have like 3 mths left, so apply for h4 for your wife, so when you get citizenship she can get GC easily
 
Hi, How I can apply for h4 cuz she didnt attended the school and missed her two smesters(but school didnt reported to ins yet). so i think she is out of status.

Even if she was in status, she is not eligible for an H4 since she is not the dependent of an H1 holder. You need to wait until you become a citizen. She must not leave the US.

I am sure the school reported it already, since it's so easy and automatic through SEVIS system
 
well i checked from the school and the SEVIS too and as per there records nothing is reported yet.
