Got I-140 approved!!!

I updated my data.

Today is my B-day and I got the best gift. I-140 approved.
Finally, the random behavior of INS processes had smiled at me. :D

RFI on wife EAD

Hi Spek.

The INS wanted us to send different pictures of her. Apparently her hair covered her right ear in the pictures we submitted. We took our pictures at the same time and had almost identical photos.

We will get new pictures made today and resubmit them.

Would you please tell us:

1) Did you file your application concurrently (with I485 etc. together)

2) Which category you belong to? If it is EB3, is it nurse category?

since lots of rumor talked about concurrent applications much slower than single application (I-140 alone). Also I would like to find out why some applications approved so fast. Thank you for your help.

I dont really now what EB2, EB3 or NIW is but if you tell me I might be able to answer that.

I filled concurrently with I485, Im not a nurse (somebody asked that). My I140 is based on a company sponsored LC. ND on 3/19/03 and approved on 4/11/03. First time I had such a luck in my life.

haven t receive any fingerprint notince or anything.

I checked the approval on line only and then ask the lawyer to verify. She got the notice 8 days later.

What other ways exist to apply for I-140 if it is not Labor certification based or by marriage?

I140

For all who are curious.
I think only those filed for AP are getting I140 first.
There does not seem to be any other scattering.
Everything looks alright.

answers to your questions:
1. yeah, I did the concurrently filing.
2. I don't know exactly which category I belong to, definitely not nurse category.

I guess it's a paid-off for my long waiting period in LC part.

I am new to this process, just wondering lf the time for I-140 processing is less for concureent filers.

I Looked at the xls sheet, 2/21/03 is the date when u filed for the I-140, I think the BCIS is processing the I-140 for the july 2002,
I am confused ? I thought It is taking 9-10 months for I-140 processing.

Can please some body give me peace of mind ? please reply back.

Hi friends,

Things seam to repeat for me, I had a RFE in Labor certification and itz a repeat in 1-140 too.
