Just received an RFE on my case

Just received an RFE that got posted on the website, no clue to as to what additional information they are requesting .......really am scared, any clue as to what are some typical RFE reasons??

I got a RFE too, waiting for the letter.
Ur`s too is a substituition labor like mine.
I think the RFE would be on
1) education -if it does not match the labor used
or
2)Company`s Financial ability to pay u.

Let us know what the RFE abt, when u come to know.

> 100, >1000, > 5000 or bigger

Did you send the company financials along with 140 ?

What is your education level and what was required in ETA750 of labor cert. ?

Did you send your experience letters for the period for which the Labor cert. was approved ?

Based on all this info. we can acertain what can be the RFE about.

Based on what you say, the RFE is mostlikely on the company's ability to pay. If your company did not send the copy of audited financial statements to show that net assets are more then what they are paying you since the day that labor was approved, then they gotta send that.

Mostly the companies that have more than 100 people, seldom get into problems with such RFEs so stay cool and share it with us when you get the RFE detail.

I went thru the I-140 docs that my lawyer filed. Dont see any financial documents attached. probably the RFE will be about financial. Lets see.

BTW,will_get_there, wht is the R.D for your I-140?

Received RFE regarding MS degree match with the degree requirement on Labor on 08/13/2004

Sent response last week

I-140 and I485 approved on website for wife and me today 08/19

a letter from TSC

I got a response letter from TSC upon I sent a inquiry letter to them on July 23. The message is hand writing: it will be 90-120 more days. :mad:

My i-140 is based on NIW and submitted on 2/19/2003.
