can we keep track of our cases.......the unfortunate few who seem to actually waiting for 350-400 days and more :rolleyes:

Here is my info:

EB2 concurrent filing with labor sub
Receipt Date: 03/31/2003
EAD Approved: 07/03
Advanced Payroll: 08/03
I-140: in the abyss of the unknown
I-485: you must be kidding me

Applied for second EAD: 03/10/04
Second Advanced Payroll: 12/31/04
No approvals

Manger has indicated I have 2 more months at the job

I think my I-140 wait time has passed 400 days?????

Have a friend in a similar category as mine, same company, RD for 140 is 03/10/2003

Looking at the stats, the processing date has moved 1 month in the last 5 months.

Add the 30 days on top of your RD to match the processing date wait before you can inquire about your status.

It takes BCIS 4 weeks to get back to you.

So, if your RD is close to mine (Feb 18, 2003), we have to wait 7 more months for an approval.

Argh !!!!
I hope I am wrong.

My I140 Receipt Date is 02/25/03........Pending.........
In my same company 5 cases filed in date range of
May 2003 to august 2003 and all these cases were approved
before November 2003.........but feb 2003 few cases are still
pending........... looks if they have any question with 140 before
approving EAD then they are verifying everything and approving
140 & EAD both....... If your EAD is only approved then our file
may be in some place and then we should be really lucky to get the 140 approved before 15 months..........i guess......... all other
centers are really good in 140 process but TSC is only center doing very bad.......Vermont moved from october 2002 to may 2003 in just 2 months..........but TSC stays in feb for 5 months and in last 15 months the 140 dates progressed to just 5 months........

once H1B cap over they were telling all the bla bla .......that 140 speeds up......it worked for all other centers.......but not for TSC.

Hope 140 process improves in TSC.........
 
Krisappu, then I140 processing improves, and I485 processing gets stuck... Well, you know what I'm talking about.
 
I am a bit surprised too

I am also a bit surprised that there are just so few of us in this time period..... :confused:

On a different note, Askari the latest update on I-140 for EB-1 seems to have crossed your notice date of 02/14......I think you should either call in to find out at the 1800 # or better still contact your senator or congressman to pursue this.....

I'm tracking 6 different I140 cases filed in between 2/10/03 and 2/24/03. Neither one has been approved yet.
 
This is a long wait

I called the 800 #. They told me to wait for a month more

It is a frustrating wait and, I feel a rather helpless

So now what....

I guess we are moving from 350-400 window to 400-450? :( .....whats up with these guys don't they want our votes !!!!

Not approval yet even though it passed the processing time :(
 
my 140 ND/RD (EB2 advanced degree) is May16, 2003.

EAD, AP were approved. FP completed July 2003.
