Yes many times they don't even know what is going on they're always clueless. I have tried calling everyone, I don't even know who else to call at this point.

It's weird the way is working with the visa numbers. I just call my attorney and she said that one person from December already got it and another case from November haven't received the order yet. so I decided to call the court and they said is still pending my case that I know because it's the same information I see on the website, looks like the person who answer the phone doesn't know how to check, I think our information is not updated until the judge sign the order even if is a number assigned to our case. I think the option we have is to check the website every day.
