Don’t go by whatever he said.
They’re usually clueless about what’s happening.
That happened to my husband every time he’d call the court.
We never received accurate information from the court.

My court day was in June 2020 and they move it until January 2021 because the court was closed by than thats why im saying there is a chance all 2020 will be cover with the available visas this year on 2020 where only hearings for detainees and those get a visa right away after are released

Yes he did.
In fact, my husband already called to schedule his appointment. They never said anything about the 30 days.
Apparently it takes about 3 days for immigration to receive the updated information from the court.
So he’s just waiting for that in order to proceed.

Oh it is very frustrating!!!!!!

My husband’s lawyer never mentioned anything about vaccines or extra paperwork.
He just told him to bring the approval letter and his ID and passport to the appointment.
 
My parents got verbally approved in October 2019 in New Jersey and still nothing. Frustrating because it’s suppose to be first come but they’re granting people in December. I’m ready for all this to be over.

My husband and I verbally approved in December 2019 and still waiting. Did you call your attorney?
