Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Hello ya'll, as many of you here, I am also waiting for the letter (verbal approval July 2022)... has anyone taken a domestic flight with this administration, how was the experience? I flew often with previous administrations but kind of afraid with everything going on now days. Thanks in advance.
Flew to PR a couple weeks ago no problems, and to Chicago a bit before that, both coming out of Boston and no problems thus far. Going to Orlando in September and Vegas in November (if they renew by DACA on time that is)

Hey guys, today I went to my appointment with ICE as I usually do every year with the news that they put an ankle monitor on me and I was already verbally granted it on 08/22. I'm just waiting for the written letter from the judge. It's very uncomfortable to walk around with this monitor. It makes me feel like I'm a bad person. Have any of you had an experience with a similar situation? Have you been able to remove it?
I Am so sorry to hear that!! Be patient your granted letter will come soon just put on God all your anxiety. And you are not a bad person, don’t even think about it.

This makes me so mad!! I’m so sorry you going through this. I didn’t know there are some of us that has to go report to ice after verbal approval, how can this be right? I pray you get your written approval as soon as possible to get that thing off you.

I've been reporting to ICE since my first hearing. From what I understand so far, they're calling all of us who applied for 42B. My lawyer is requesting my court records to see if they want to remove the monitor.

Then I’m very grateful I don’t have to check in with them since the beginning of my case back on 2019. I truly hope you get your written approval soon.

Hi everyone! Today I called the EOIR to ask how long its been to get the granted letter I was informed that I had to call USCIS. So, I called USCIS and I was informed that my case was closed on July, 9, made me some questions of who verbally aproved me, what was said and that an Imigration officer was going to contact me in one to two business days to answer my question. Does anyone here went to this situation? I’m very confused.
I was verbally aproved 09/01/2022, my case still pending on EOIR, I’m from NY.

Yes my wife case was admin closed. You not need to do anything, they will reopen and process your GC. Once they reopen it’s take 7 to 10 days.
@Apafer This was a post from spate months ago. I’m not sure if your case is similar with his wife but hopefully they will reopen it too.

Thank you very much for your answer!
yesterday the Imigration officer from USCIS called me in the morning as I was waiting for. She did not answer me why my case is closed and how long it’s been taking to get the granted letter, she said that I don’t have any prove that I was verbally approved for GC and I have to call to EOIR ou go there, she said I need a letter from the judge.

Today I called my loyer’s office to inform what does it mean the information about what was said from the USCIS that my case was closed on July 9 and also said that she asked me the letter from the judges decision, the granted letter. The answer was that the loyer’s office has the granted letter since we won the case and that probably it’s because my case it’s has to be closed at the USCIS because still in the EOIR pending. So I asked why was closed just last month and she said I have to make an apoitment with the loyer. Does the judge release granted letter after verbal approve? If it’s the only one the judge release why still pending? Thank you in advance

Does anyone have an experience with requesting for infopass or passport stamping in Newark field office? I was trying to request so I can show the employer that I’m authorized to work but so far I haven’t received any call back from them.
I have had to deal with them but not during this administration. You have to keep calling and lie or make it see urgent until you finally can speak with an actual person and then go from there. Unless it seems like something that is really urgent they will mostly ignore you. So emphezise that you will be unable to drive, work, take you kids to the doctor, stuff like that. and then just go from there. good luck.
