hopefully they transfer my case back to the service center and I get mine too.. it feels like I cannot wait any longer. This wait is on going..

My lawyer never told me that they lost my granted letter. In December, I requested my file from USCIS and received it on February 26, 2025, and the signed letter from the judge was there. I didn't know. I asked here in the group and they told me that I had been granted for 2 years. I called for my Infopass on 03/03/25 and today I went to my Infopass.
Lawyers don't care about you, they just want your money.
I was granted just two months after the verbal approval. So it's a lie that it's first come, first served wait

Thank You!! I requested my file from USCIS in December 2024, and they sent it to my email in February. And there was the letter. My lawyer says he never received it. I honestly don't know if it's due to negligence or the truth. It was quite frustrating for us to find out, but the important thing is that we now have it in our hands.
 
Hi everyone! I just want to share with you all my GOOD news. It has been a really tough road for me. I think I had it all, you name it.

I can’t tell you how many times I’m on the verge of losing hope. But there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, guardian angels are everywhere. Just HAVE FAITH! It’s probably going to be another set of waiting game but I’ll worry about it next time. For now, I’ll be GRATEFUL for this - from the never ending pending status to GRANTED.
