On work permits they don't sent you a tracking number either. Just said is been shipped and delivered when they delivered. Sorry to hear that.

I did and they told me most like after the appeal date expired. He told me this is a new Trump Policy. Just trying to see if was the same everyone else that got their case approved this year.
No.. usually about 3-5 days depending on when you got approved. My attorney received it in mail on Tuesday and mine was approved on Friday.

Have tried calling Uscis? Explain the what happened?

Congratulations, what was your grant date?
Verbal approval 03/17/22
06/06/22 granted
My lawyer never told me that they lost my granted letter. In December, I requested my file from USCIS and received it on February 26, 2025, and the signed letter from the judge was there. I didn't know. I asked here in the group and they told me that I had been granted for 2 years. I called for my Infopass on 03/03/25 and today I went to my Infopass.
Lawyers don't care about you, they just want your money.
I was granted just two months after the verbal approval. So it's a lie that it's first come, first served.

I mean I can go and visit the local office, what’s your opinion on that, thanks
On Monday the 3rd, i called in the morning and they gave me the Infopass appointment for 03/10 which means today. I took a screenshot and made a copy. That same afternoon, they sent me an email saying that I had to wait 30 days for the local office to contact me. And 2 or 3 days after they cancelled the appointment. I was sad when I saw that they cancelled my appointment. But my husband told me to go to the office with the printed page where I had the appointment and I went to run the risk of being told that they couldn't see me because it was cancelled. Luckily for me, they saw me without any problem. And they accepted the letter from the judge and stamped my passport.

I recommend that you call and say that you have an emergency and that you need an infopass appointment to stamp your passport. They usually give it to you in less than 72 hours when it is an emergency. With so many changes in this new administration, you don't know how long it can take for them to call you. The stamp is valid for one year.
