Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

For what I’ve seen in the forum time wait is been increasing, 2019’s verbal approvals took about 2 years 9 months to get granted and now 02/2020 got granted this October so the waiting time was 3 years 8 months. The long wait gets really frustrating.

The State of department has now officially issued the 2024 green card quota, but the enforcement USCIS . Usually USCIS operating procedures will not be until the first quarter of next year.
That is what I thought.

i am not sure yet .i read wsj news.not too much information about 42B even lawer.

Yes, I did a lot research and is nothing online saying about when they approved and how the system works for the queue. Anyway, just a updated my last court was on July 18, 2023. the judge didn't give any answer, but I called the court and they said my case was ''reserved'' does anyone know what that means?
