There is still some people from 2020 aproval waiting for their grants. And some early 2021 approvals got grants. Most likely end of this year you will see your approval.

It depends on whether the law stipulates a prosecution period.

DUI is a very serious infraction, I remember the June said to me to stay clean and not commit any crime to not lose the documents. So be careful
