Employment based immigration backlog petition

I think its a good idea to include the appndx B, as prepared by dengdeng. It would add weight to the petition.
 
Appendix B

Unfortunately nobody tried to take a good look at dengdeng's copy of Appendix B. That's why i wanted to know if people wanted this or not. I never took a look at that copy because of two reasons: One is, i have spent a whole lot of time in preparing the main letter and Appendix A and i am almost exhausted to do anything more. Second thing is, i was little afraid that any more additions to the main letter will make it too lengthy. But i know that most of the people want this to be included (though they did not take much inititive in editing the Appendix B and adding it to the Letter). Come On guys, let's be committed and work with more focus. I have just now taken a look at Appendix B prepared by dengdeng and found too many sentene errors there. It's not good to send it to Rajiv as it is. Let's make our corrections and send it to Rajiv today.
 
I think the stories that are put in the appendix are not very emotional except the one that talked about kid's education. The stories should be touchy and movable. In my opinion, the appendix would not add anything to the petition.
 


Let's move ahead. I always feel that contents doesn't matter, even If we send BCIS one line petition describing the hardships faced due to their slow processing speed and requesting them to take immediate action to resolve that problem with thousands of signatures would go long way than sending a very well written petition with few signatures. So let's concentrate on basics and move ahead than arguing on each and every step.

 
I see what you are trying to say Edison. But if the stories fail to make any addition to the petition and worse if they make light of the plight we are going through, why even include them.

All stories are important in their own merit. What is important is for the BCIS to understand them not necessarily yourself or anybody else. Be assured that ALL the stories make a point.

I agree we need to submit stories alongwith petition letter asap. What ever the contents in the stories , I feel that they are real stories .If one feel that they are not strong , one connot do anything . I do not think they will get strong stories than this on employment based GC process group. If one has serious nature than this one could have been always come out with big voice so far...

My feeling is as people sign, we will get more quotable quotes.

We will start publicizing it as soon as you folks are ready to go. Tell us if any changes are needed. One thing I am thinking is thyat may be we should remove our name from the bottom. Our firm's name may make it harder for you guys to get other lawyers involved (if you want to).

I agree with Rajiv's thought. In order to attract more lawyers and their clients, it should not look like an ad or a infomercial.
We should remove the name from the bottom.

Hi All,

As you all decided, I shall take off our name from the petition. But my question was, what address should I give in the part where it says, " all communication can be addresses to
Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, 5225 North Wilson Blvd. "

Great Start

At last there we are. What a great start. Now let's tell every one in this forum and other forums to start signing.

I don't think there is any need to remove your law firm name from the bottom. I think that the people who visit other law firms websites and do not visit this website, are very very few. If at all there is any one like that, we can still reach out to him/her through other channels (indian/chinese grocery story fliers, mass Emails etc).
GUYS, LET"S SIGN.
