EB3 with current PD

That I am not sure!!!

Exactly I gave FP code 3 in April 2005 and now they are asking for FP code 3 again. It may be upto the person signing us for this FP to select whatever he feels like..or there might be something here to these codes..not sure.

I had given FP3 and now again they are asking for code 3 i.e. photo and FP I think

guys who usually give FP code 3 generally gets card ordered while approval....guys who give FP 1 are sent approval notice and then a biometrics request before card being ordered.....

lately there is no approval from VSC....i saw in TSC there were 2 approval yesterday/today.....

hope VSC wakes up on our cases...every minute i wait for the approval emails to come....

FP code 3 is needed for the Plastics.
VSC compared with others SC is a cave with dusts.
The good news is : Senate pass the "immigration reform bill" today. Soon, this guys from VSC will have to shake their asses.

jhawilla, alas that is just wishful thinking. More than likely, if the reform bill passes, the millions of illegal mexicans will simply flood the system and VSC will probably go from bad to worse. I can't imagine what it'll be like when a few million more name checks are submitted.
 
two weeks gone and still no updates on 485...i guess there is a trend on what they work....one time u will see straight forward approval continiously and other time u will see no activity for a long time....hopefully something will come out today or max by next week....

If I want to check my file status and would like check if my case is also stuck or not in name check where do I contact?

My interview was done 2 years back, does that mean my name check is done or they are waiting for name check from FBI? Last finger print was done in Sep 2006.

I have Infopass appointment for next week, but from my past experice employee here at Fedreal Plaza (NY) dont have any information besides what they see on their screen.

Please advice...
 
how many FP have u given so far and what codes....

we have few people in this forum who have given FP code 1 and code 3 recently and are waitign for approval....

You can open an enquiry by calling USCIS. I did that and got an RFE last week...which means that they finally touched my case!
Btw, MY PD is also APRIL 30TH 2001

Infopass doesnt help much(atleast from my experience) and another thing you can do is to ask your lawyers to send an enquiry....

my primary address is in NJ, but currently i am on a assignment in VA....i was wondering if i can take a infopass appointment at VA instead of NJ....is that possible
