EB3 with current PD

No LUD after FP2

Pallu2004 & others,
I completed Code 1 on Feb 10th. I still don't see any LUD on my 485. Is this normal?

i guess its not a prb....for instance I gave FP on Jan 19 and lud came on 24/25....one or two people there is no lud after FP....what u can do is call 800# rep and find out if your FP review has come back....
 
I had a 2nd finger printing today and now wait starts...

Hi Pallu2004!

Please count me also in for the FP2 list. We (self and spouse) gave our finger prints code3 (10 fingers, index finger, signature and digital photo) today at Newark ASC. My details are in the signature...

I485 RD: Feb 3, 2006
FP: March 31, 2006
1st EAD: April 4, 2006
LUD: 09/14/2006

I called 1-800-375-5283 couple of times to check the status of my application. Only once one rep told me my case is with FBI for name check and that was 4 months back. After that no rep tells me any update on my case. Is there any other number that I can call to check status of my name check.

My case is in Vermont and I am Dallas, TX. Will the local office in Dallas help me with that. Last time I had gone to Local Office in CA and people there told me that since my case is not in CA center they can't tell me anything.

Pallu2004 - One correction. My FP2 was taken on Feb 10th
 
I had recently applied for EAD renewal. I got letter for Biometric Test Code 2 in local Office. Is this normal. Do they ask for Biometric Test during EAD renewal. My last FP was in March 2006 only.

I don't think it matters where your case is - if it is in a service center, they should be able to view the details. My case is at VSC - though I am in Calif and I took an infopass appointment in San Jose. They didn't say anything about having a problem/issue since the case was in Vermont.

Alas, I wasn't able to get much useful info from the officer - but thats another issue !!

pallu, you can add me to the list too. had my FP2 on Oct 21, 2006 and did not have an LUD until Feb 10, 2007, saying the results were received and processing resumed BS.

any gurus can say why VSC is not approving cases...as we started the list and tracking details, what i see is VSC lately has stopped work on 485 approvals. few guys reported in the forum about security check (diff from NC) that USCIS does on cases before approving...i found this link...many of you might have seen this info but i thought i will past it here anyway so that we can relate it to our cases.
