EB2-India PD before 01-Dec-2003

I think it was misunderstood as April 2008 by GC from NJ when it is sorted by RD. IE mentioned April 2008 ? (with question mark). So corrected it.

Now it is my turn to be Green. Both me and My spouse received the Card Production ordered email . It is such an exciting moment and a great relief for us . My details are as below.

No idea when Name check got cleared .

Anyone call up the Texas IO recently?
Can't get through to them at all....
Anyone tried writing to them as suggested by AILA?
Folks, did anyone do anything "funny" to get approval at TSC? Like letter from senator/congressman/initiate inquiry etc?

I am checking the online USCIS case status and my e-mail at least 10 times a day without any LUDs.

I don't remember if I mentioned this earlier but I have got my H1 and my family their H4 extended for 3 more years. We all have our EADs too. We did see LUDs on our already approved H1 and H4 petitions on 04/07/08.

Let us all hope for the best.

Spoke to an IO

All,

It had been a few months since I spoke to an IO, so I gave them a call today. After giving her my name and asking her the status on my case, she looked my case up. She said that the case had been assigned to an officer and that if I do not hear anything by May 1st, I should call them back. That was all I got from her. I guess, like the rest of us, I will wait patiently on any news of approval.

I tried calling 800 375 – 5283, but I could not find an option anyway to talk to IO to know, if back ground and name check are done?

If it is the same, no, how is it done or is there another ph . No.

Press 1 to confirm entered number is right. Listen to the status ( same thing online status )
Press 3 ( continue to next step )
Press 4 ( If IO's not available will transfer to National custmer service, You can hang up or talk to them and try again )
