Here is an update on the waiting time from FP2 until Approval Tracker . Very minor (almost negligible) change in the stats ...

Thanks, you are taklking about the fp2-approval tracker right ?
Are you sure about yygov ? I asked her/him, it wasn't clear from his/her approval whether she went through FP2 or not ... never got an answer ... what d'ya think ?

yygov is definitely EB1 and FP2 was 8/19/04 (I searched on all previous messages by yygov).

Yes, I initiated case status inquiry on Friday, Oct 22. I have also approached Calif senator's office for help yesterday.

Updated my entry. Actually, there's nothing special to report; just moved my entry up a few spaces in the tracker, because I realized I had entered in my ND instead of RD.

Also, no FP2 yet :( Called in yesterday to start a status inquiry using new processing date. However, considering the number of calls they must've gotten about this, I don't think anything's going to materialize! So the agony continues... But hey, who am I to complain? At least my I-140 got approved.
