Applied 11/02/06, approved today

Hi, guys,
I got the approval email for my EAD today. Received date is 11/02/06. Second EAD. Wish everyone good luck! I will apply at least 4 months ahead next time to avoid this painful waiting.
 
I have applied for my 4th EAD and AP on October25th and got the approval now. But still hasn't got any message for AP's. May be this is normal.

How long it takes to get approval mail & EAD card??

My EAD application info as:
RD 10/26/06; AD 01/03/07; "Card Production Ordered" on 01/03/07;
"Approval Notice Mailed" on 01/04/07.

However, as of yesterday, I have not got the approval mail&EAD card yet.

For those have gone through this process recently, how long does it usually take to get the card after it is mailed out. If not within a reasonable, what should I do? Thanks for any help.
 
approved for me but not for spouse

we applied for EAD in oct 2006. RD is 10/30/2006. They are applied by mail not eFile. The application for myself was approved and card sent on 1/5/2007 but no lud change on my wife's application.
 
EAD filed in OCT still pending

EAD filed for my wife in early OCT is still pending along with AP. Processing date has already passed her RD.

My EAD was filed in AUG and came in NOV 06.


Is this normal for EAD not being approved even after Processing date has passed the RD.?

Hi Folks,

My EAD (paper based) got approved yesterday.

Details:

3rd EAD: Receipt & Notice Date: Oct 31,2006
NO RFE
Approval Date: Jan 18,2007
AP Approval: Pending (expected since they are processing Oct 16 cases right now according to the latest processing time update)

Took Atty's help(a week back) and Congressman help(yesterday). Not sure if that helped.

I got email today that my EAD (paper based) got approved yesterday. This is my first EAD.

Details:

1st EAD: Receipt & Notice Date: 11/1/2006
Approval Date: Jan 18,2007
FP: 11/17/2006
AP Approval: pending

Mine was applied on Nov 9 2006/ ND Nov 14 2006. This is my 4th EAD and the current expires 01/24/2007.
It was approved 01/22, just in time :)
