I guess the site wont go down at noon.

I'm affraid, they will check if your registry comes after noon and they will disqualify those registrations.

I'm assuming that they'll shut it off exactly at noon or very soon after - the site won't be gone but it won't give you the option to enter. But what I was talking about in my previous post was more that you won't be able to access it close to the deadline because everyone will be trying to get their application in. Maybe I'm being pessimistic though, and I definitely don't mean to discourage anyone who has left it till the last minute. You might as well try! But I'd do it ASAP if I were you.
