High school degree.Hi @Sm1smom I would be appreciated ıf you would answer me .I am confused.
I graduated from high school and then registered to university. First year I went but then I delayed my registration. In this case which choice should I mark “highschool degree “ or “one or more years of college credit ,no degree”
Also one more question for my son;he graduated from high school and still student in a university .Same question for him which one should I mark?
“High school degree “ or “one or more years of college credit,no degree “
Last question ıs ıt for both of us? @Sm1smomHigh school degree.
Thank you for your time @Sm1smomYes.
Sorry. He's no longer a LPR, he just got his citizenship. Thanks for the reply.A LPR is not eligible to sponsor their parents for a GC, so sponsoring you shouldn’t be a problem if this sponsor’s income meets the applicable poverty guidelines threshold for both his and your household combined together.
Ok. The response is still the same more or less. If his annual income meets the PG threshold to cover his household + plus your household + his parents, he act as your sponsor.Sorry. He's no longer a LPR, he just got his citizenship. Thanks for the reply.
Not an issue.Hello, I'm completing my I-134 form, and I have a sponsor who isn't related to me or my family. He's a family friend whom I know through my father. Would this pose any issues if he sponsors me? Will USCIS inquire about the relationship details and conduct thorough checks on that?
Congrats.I am happy to report that my green card was in my mailbox today
USPS had not caught it via informed delivery, so it may have been there since Saturday- definitely don't rely entirely on that!
Pretty much all thanks to you!Congrats.

You should mark sections that are not applicable as either N/A or None (as applicable) and not leave them blank.Hı again mom,@Sm1smom Form I 485 Part 2 Information about ımmigration category is not applicable to DV based Aos applications.I will leave that part blank for derivative applicants.Did I understand this right from your previous answers ?
