DV 2023 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

Hi! Could you please clarify which address I need to put into "DV Administrative Fee Form" (the one on my 1NL Win confirmation or my current US address)? Capture.JPG

You asked about form I-485A, I suggested looking at the spreadsheet as it has the list of all the applicable forms. So I don’t understand your response about the type of questions there not being applicable to you.

I submitted DS260 and paid the KCC fee and then I received the 2NL. Do the AOSers need to receive an email that says "DS260 has been processed"?

Dear Mom,

I went through the DV2022 timeline spreadsheet and observed a few winners mentioned "Bio Waived" or "Interview Waived'. Is it possible that FO will waive the interview for DV AOS? I just want to understand the scenarios when FO waives such requirements.

KCC does not process the DS260 for AOSers. Plus they do not automatically send out the DS260 processed email to folks processing CP either anyways.

Yes, it is possible for the bio or interview to get waived.
 
Hello! I want to do AOS and have a few questions:
1. Do I need to attach form g1145 to the package?
2. Is I-94 result displayed straight away once request is sent? Or does it take a long time to get it after applying?
3. I have got pulled over by police and got court hearing (no points deducted, just had to pay a fine). Do I need to go to the court for a cirminal record and attach it in the package, or fill in that info somewhere in I-485? Is this kind of offense does not have to be notified?
4. Is free Insurance based on I-20 considered as public charge? Do i need to mark it down in my package?
5. Did you guys send in the package bank statements of yours or your sponsor? If yes, what is the date range you generated?

1. You do not need to. However including the G1145 with your AOS package is recommended.
2. You’re not sending a request anywhere to get your I-94. You basically go to CBP’s website, enter your travel/personal details and download your I-94.
3. Was it a traffic violation and was the fine under $500? If “Yes” and “Yes”, you do not need a court disposition document, you however should disclose that it on your I-485.
4. No.

I highly recommend you spend some quality time going over the AOS Process Spreadsheet, this will enhance your understanding of what the process entails.

Interview waiver is FO dependent.
Bio waiver is not FO dependent, it is applicable to anyone who recently completed bio appointment with USCIS for some other application. The previously collected bio gets used in that case.
 
I went through the I-485 spreadsheet I didn’t see anything about supplant A I-485 . I am confused if I need to fill that out under b2 status

Thank you for the response. Speaking of number 3. That was a traffic violation and fine was like $200. In that case disclose it on I-485 only right? Should I put "yes" in question number 27 or different one?
