While thousands of illegals may be crossing, they most certainly are not being granted work permits within ‘DAYS’, and even if that were true to an extent, I’ll caution against presuming they’re having a cozy stay or an easy life in the US.

Oh really? What is your source for illegals getting work permits at all, never mind within days?

I got that; I meant, I wondered what the timeline for other cases the court considered was. Trying to see if the DV case was unusually long or was just in its place in the queue.

Yes this took longer than other cases. Although the order reads as a simple decisive decision, they clearly struggled with it in some way - especially as they were reversing multiple highly regarded Federal Judges (Mehta and Chutkan have taken the many of the J6 cases).
