I still believe that legal immigration is the way to go, but come on! It’s hard

While thousands of illegals may be crossing, they most certainly are not being granted work permits within ‘DAYS’, and even if that were true to an extent, I’ll caution against presuming they’re having a cozy stay or an easy life in the US.

18mo (09/16/2022) is when all lawyers from all cases had a consolidated hearing in front of those panel judges. There was nothing else going on in the meantime.

The cases we consolidated so the appeal decision covers a number of cases all with the same outcome.

I got that; I meant, I wondered what the timeline for other cases the court considered was. Trying to see if the DV case was unusually long or was just in its place in the queue.
