Recently applied for 3 EAD & waiting for receipt notices.

Call FBI Name check - Was informed that name-check completed & results sent back on Jan 2003.

Sitting tight; Online message didn't change from Day 1.

Does any one how long this name check results are valid?

I contacted FBI at 304-625-2406 .. they had my call transferred to the liaison office that handles immigration related FP's. Based on our A#'s, FBI confirmed that my finger print results were sent to NSC yesterday .. and my spouse's was sent this morning...

Spouse's case still pending even though we filed together. A friend of mine had similar problem. His and his daughter's cases were approved in 6/03, but his wife's case is still pending now(a year later). They filed in 8/2002 in TSC. His lawyer told him he lucked out(approved within a year), but his wife's case is NORMAL processing.

Is your spouse is travelling abroad now!!!
I am asking as some people say spouse may be not approved if spouse is abroad during approval and will approved after spouse returns to US back.

I am just curious about the pattern.

Also I saw some other cases too following similar pattern, and spouse case is approved with few days or few weeks late.

We need to find some logic about this pattern that USCIS following :confused: ????
