Done 2ND FP in Apr/May/June 2004 and waiting for approval/RFE

Hi,

Though it would be helpful to all people in this stage to share our details.
Mine are as follows -

RD : 08/08/2002
FP1 : 01/29/2003 ( both me and my wife)
RFE issued by USCIS : 04/09/2004 ( Employment + birth ) . No rfe for wife
RFE received by USCIS : 04/28/2004
Online tracker date chaged after RFE: 28, 29 Apr, 3, 27 May 2004.
FP2 : 05/18/2004 (online says received on May 26)
AD : ?????

my 2 cents

on rupnet there are some approvals with 2ND FP in april 2004.
Hopefully we will start to see approvals with 2ND FP in May 2004 soon.

i could see some cases on rupnet for which rfe has been generated after
One and half months of 2FP. I am expecting rfe/approval for you in next 2 weeks.:)

Hopefully I'll receive either RFE or approval very soon. From rupnet data, one guy got RFE on Jun 11th with 2nd FP on Apr 28th and few others did their 2nd FP in late April and got approval without RFE.

And also Good luck to you, as you'll get approval anytime as early as tomorrow

After you get rfe/approval i will be in a better position to make
prediction for myself as my 2FP is 15 days after your. Also, assuming this
2FP theory works :cool:
 
My case is similar to Jagabalia's

Gave FP2 on May 1st. FBI sent results on the same day. Still message not changed, and no approval yet??

Online status: Updated with 2nd FP

recently user Jagabalia got an RFe. earlier user chq got approved

Looks like the 2FP theory(see previous mails for details) works.
