Done 2FP in Apr/May/June 2004 and waiting for approval/RFE

But, my prediction is based on the assumption that cis is currently processing
cases which did 2fp in early may. I myself do not fall into that category.

Anyway, if this 2 FP theory was 100 % correct then your case should have been rfe'd or approved by now. So Cheer's ;) and hopefully you will get approved soon. probably sooner than me.

We all know abt. the entity we are dealing with and hope we all see the end of this fiasco soon.
 
I did my(& spouse) FP2 on May 8th, 2004, my I485 ND is Nov 18th, 2002.
When do you think I get my approval or RFE atleast ?

i saw rupnet for nov rfe or approval, and i could not see any case
that got 2fp done in early may 2004 and got rfe or approval. you might
become the first one i know of. Then i can predict for November guys too :)

Did early 2FP. Scheduled date was 06/16/2004.

From the list above, how many of you have done early FP2.

My scheduled FP2 date was 06/16/2004, but I took a chance and did my FP2 on 05/07/2004.

Online message is not updated to this effect. Do you guys think that doing early FP will make any difference ?

I did and early FP (scheduled 6/22 actual 5/26 - almost 1 month in avance) but my status has changed to reflect that they have recd the FP on June 1 :)
