December 2004 Concurrent filing

I140 Rfe

I have filed my I-140 in Nov 04. Now I got a RFE.

My attorney says, NSC has asked for my 2003 and 2004 W2s. I am getting paid more now, than that is mentioned in Labour filing.

Can you please let me know, if it is a problem? and Why NSC has asked for my w2s.

Hi Anil,
Sorry to hear that but check murthy.com there is a user "janagama" who also got the same query it seems and approved in 2 weeks. Check for RFE and 140 sections. You should be fine.More is not a problem i guess. BTW what is your PD?

Unbelievble delivery from Nebraska.
I was noting Dec approvals mentioned in this forums( thanks guys for sharing your info) and was expecting a RFE for sure.
My wifes substitute labor states Bachelors and she had Bsc 3 + Masters in CS. Was tensed for the above reason but by gods grace we got an approval( email so far)

Again thanks for starting a Dec thread. I guess most of us got EAD and AP at the same time and like wise I am sure all of those waiting for approvals will
be gettiing them in the next 2 weeks to follow. Keep Faith.

To those who hasn't recieved Finger Print notice for your second case, I am glad to tell you that I recieved it yesterday after 4.5 month waiting...Yours will come soon too.

It is a Biometrics with code 3. What's the difference between it and regular FP, which I recieved for my first case.

I have the same time lime you have EB3 applied on 12/27/04 EAD AND AP 2/4/05 .What is your PD?
 
Approvals

I was hoping to see some more approvals for december....I had been looking at my mail to see whether I was approved. No luck so far.....

Anyone else approved from december 2004
 
I ran the scanner yesterday having ND of Jan 8 2005, ( same I-140 ND date as mine).

There was one approval and friend of mine having ND of Jan 10 got RFE.

I will be running the scanner every day till I get my approval.


There are people who dont read this forum and do not contribute;thus this does not give you a correct picture but nonetheless this is good information sharing place.

I got Bio FP code 2 , does any body know what does these codes stand for ?
I saw some one mentioning code 3 ?? what these codes mean ?
