Can some one hlep me in finding information on how to apply ssn for spouse??
I have the application........do I have to take online appointment to go there or what will be the procedure.

Just walk i n to the nearest SSN office and fill the form and submit it. They will mail the SS card to your home address in about 1-2 weeks (they will tell you the timeline.)

I-140 Denied

Hi All,

I have a valid greencard processing question.
I have a pending Labor with Current employer A with 7yr extention valid. I moved to employer B for an approved Labor. After applying concurrent 140 & 485 filing (EB2),
If 140 is rejected based on my experience RFE or Company related RFE,
Can I moved back to Company A with valid Company A 7th yr extention and use pending Labor in future?????

Can you please help me understanding when I can go to SSN office to get a new SSN for me?? I am righnow on H1, the SSN is saying "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH INS AUTHORIZATION"

Yesterday, my EAD got approved & My wife's AP got approved.

Today my AP got approved.

I have some confusion about the LUD on these approved cases. They are all approved yesterday and I received emails of approvals, but there is a LUD change today.

Future employment question.

I have applied I-140/I-485 and EAD based on Future employment. I got my EAD approved. Does anybody see any issues with I-140 / I-485 petetions filed as Future Employment ?

One of my buddy got future employment based 140 approved recently.
 
veryblue, Could you please provide the details about our buddy whose I-140 recently approved? What is the nd/rd and pd? Did ur friend got any queries.
Bcoz i'm in the same boat.

I dont know the exact details but here are the details I know.
EB2 NSC
ND July 2004 (not concurrent)
Got RFE in December 2004 (Ability to pay and experience letters)
Replied to RFE in Early Feb 2005
Got 140 approved last week.

Can some one tell me do I have to pay any fees for FP done at Denver, CO??

If yes, do I have to take Money Order or do they accept checks??
