Lawyer sent my I-140+I-485+EAD+AP to NSC on 02.17.05. From the bottom of your e-mail it appears that yours got processed in 60 days or so. Is that correct ?

HI,

Yes, you can start checking your case status as soon as you have the LIN numbers / case numbers.......

It seems like you said you just filed your cases......so , probably you have to wait like 2 weeks to get your reference/case numbers and then you can go to uscis website...and click on Cases Status & Processing Dates link under Hot Topics on the right......then in this page on the left click on register to register with this web site which will send you emails whenever there is a change on your cases........... you can put all your cases on your profile,so that you can go to a single site to see all the statuses at one time....

That is correct marlon2006 we both got our EAD card and my wife applied for SSN too. Waiting for SSN now. We all three got our AP through lawyer.

On What basis the EAD is getting approved? I am seeing guys who applied far after me got it. Is there any thing I need to worry about? No LUD change or no sign about it.

Share your opinion please.

Same here .
RD 12/20 and still waiting .No LUD change (Not even after FP) .
I checked quite a few cases with RD after me are EAD/AP approved.However there are still cases with same RD pending .Am not sure whats the criteria to process ,but does not look like RD or ND. :mad:
 
When does USCSI cash concurrent filing checks ?

I sent all checks along with my I-140+I-485+EAD+AP application.
When does USCIS should be cashing those ? Lawyer sent the package to USCIS on 02.17.05.

I am puzzled with your case since it was filed before me. I rcvcd EAD and AP.
I suspect it has something to do with PD. I guess if your labor PD is before or close to the retrogression dates( jan 02) they might delay your case inorder to approve the 140 and 485 at the same time. In that case they delay the EAD (my brothers took 6 months)
In my case it is the PD AUG 03, they know that 485 is ages away and had to process the EAD.
Just a guess

Regular lane... if you dont have the actual gc..

have patience...it will take USCIS one to two weeks to cash your checks assuming everything is in order.
