Question on ND

Hello,

Please update my info in the list.

I also have a question. The receipt shows my ND is 12-27-2001. However, AVM says "received on 12-26-2001", which matches the WAC number, I think. Is this usual or actually a small mistake?

It is possible, it means they opened your I-485 packet on 12/26. Normally if there is no backlog then they open the packet on the same day they receive it and it matches with RD. It\'s not a mistake.

Who will get receipt notices???

Hi all,

I sent my 485 applicaton to CSC on Dec 18, 2001. Yet now I did not get any receipt notices.

Am I going to get receipt notice from INS or only my lawyer gets the notice?

If you have used an attorney,

they will get the receipts. Just call them and ask for the WAC #\'s. ;-)

Received FP notice (ND 12/27)

Hello folks,

My lawyer received my FP notice today, only 2 weeks after ND(12/27). Scheduled on Feb. 5 in San Diego. Isn\'t it too quick? I don\'t know if this will speed up my 485 processing, or is not related at all. What do you guys think?

Anyway, seems CSC is on its toes for a change and hope that will benefits everyone on the forum.
