I agree with gcRus. As far as I know cases are sorted based on month and only after assigning all cases in current month they go to next month. Let\'s say some one with May RD finished FP today and may get AOS with in next two weeks but a Dec RD finished FP today may take another 4 months!

By the way I didn\'t see any regular July/Aug cases approved though! At least not yet!

Atlast I was told that our attorneys received receipts. Here are my details:

Receipt Date: 01/07/02
Notice Date: 1/10/02
Application No: WAC-02-083-NNNNN
Country: India

Received receipts for me and my family and details are the same for my family.

Since I am from Orange County (Irvine), I presume my FP Location probably is Santa Ana. Could you please change this in your 485 tracker.

I am a bit confused now whether or not my application will be put in the December pile or in January pile.

Just received finger print notice - please advise!!!

Hi,

Just received my finger print notice.... Notice Date Jan 29 and the appointment date is Feb 21 (Santa Ana).

I notice from CIBA\'s website that most people actually get their finger printing done before the date, so obviously that is possible. Not knowing the procedure can someone enlighten me and if anyone has had theirs done in Santa Ana, if you could let me know what to expect, where to go and what to do, that would be greatly appreciated.

Did you get your FP notice from CSC? or TSC?

I have applied through CSC, and residing in MI, I am wondering from where i am going to get FP. I mean from CSC? or TSC? (bcoz MI comes under NSC, but I have fielde from CSC)
 
FP completed ahead of schedule

FP Notice date: 01/29/02
Scheduled Date: 02/22/02
ASC: Santa Ana
Did FP ahead of schedule on 02/02/02. Was a pleasant experience and took about 18 minutes to do the whole process for me and my spouse. Thought it might be crowded on a Saturday but there was hardly anybody.

you would get it from CSC. i live in dallas, tx and my 485 is in CSC. the FP notice was from CSC at a center in dallas.

faxed level 2 inquiry in Jan 2002 ,came to know FP
expired , did FP on Jan 26 , approved on 4 Feb per AVM.
I have yet to receive approval notice .

Just had my fingerprints done

Went into the Santa Office today (ahead of scheduled appointment) for my finger prints. Very fast, courteous, all done in approximately 20 minutes.
 
FP completed,still no EAD....

My I-485 was approved on Dec 18th,after that,got FP noice on Feb 2nd,went early,got it done.But not recieved EAD till now...This happened to anyone else?

No Approval yet,only FP done...

Hi Spouse,I was confused since I got my FP notice before EAD,but after going thro\' this web site,guess its the same case with everyone else...so,no approval yet,ND on Dec 18th,FP completed 02/05/02.
