Sorry in the above post, I meant my 485 was sent for the third time around 12/24/2002.

Finally, I think it may be worth waiting to file 140 untill the paperwork for 485 gets done

My 140 (EB2) with RD of 10/10/2002 was approved on 08/28/2003. My 485 was filed on 12/26/2002.

Just checked for EB3 I-140, it still shows 10/08/02 as previous 2 processing time releases. There is no change, really frastruated.

I checked in @ online BCIS today after a long time to check the status, the only difference is - it now says --------

It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case.

As opposed to the previous range of 60 to 300 days, did anybody noticed this on their status ?
