Filed I485 / I140 / EAD on 23rd Dec 2002. No receipts etc yet.

Immigration site shows EAD for Vermont service center as current. Does this mean that we will get it anytime now:D ?

hi there,

I filed my 140 and 485 concurrently on december 20th. Got receipt back from them with priority date of jan 8th.

Didn't filed for EAD as I am getting married soon. Once my wife enters the country, we will file EAD together.

I-485/EAD/AP....

RD : 12/20/2002
ND : 1/21/2003

EAD being current, hope to receive the approvals anytime from now.

Any One in the same dates received approvals for EAD???
 
did you receive FP notice.
my ND for 485/AP/EAD is jan16th but have not received FP notice. my 140 is still pendng since may??

I recieved 485 reciept on Jan 21 (MD: 12/03; ND: 01/13), just like you I have not yet recieved FP notice.

I called up the lawyer - she hasn't got any receipt from vermont centre -

I am wondering if it is bcause of the EB3 category -

thanks for posting your info. I guess we are in the same boat with EB1-OR still pending. does your 485 says about priority date? mine says nothing?? am confused, heard people having priority date.
God knows when our EB1-OR will be through, its been a long wait since may? and waiting and building patience is very frustrating.

I think we all are travelling in the same boat. No receipt yet for me even after one month. The attorney said that we will have to try again in second week of Feb.

My EAD/140/485 submitted on 23rd Dec 2003.

My I140 (EB1/EA) was sent Dec 18th
RD: Dec 19th
ND: Dec 20th

What is the priority date?

It has been a long wait since May, and I think we are only about midway thru. Since I have notice dates around mid-Jan for 485/EAD, I dont expect any action on my cases until mid April (90 days). At that point I-140 will go thru preliminary review before EAD approval. I am hoping that the reviewer will then realize that I-140 has been pending for 11 months, and hence take a decision on it instead of returning it to some pile. At least that's my hope and maybe its a reasonable scenario. But, with INS I dont know if we can expect any reasonableness....:(

I am confused now about priority date. SK1051 just got receipt with priority date jan 8th, 2003(??). I got my receipt with priority date blank but I got my finger print schedule with priority date same as my RD. To my understanding, the priority date should be my labor approved data from state level. Why it changed. is mistake or should change. Please point out if Iam wrong. Thanks.

ND 1/25/03

My lawyer recd the receipts on Jan. 29th

I hope I get the EAD and AP approval soon

FP notice on Feb 3,2003
Hope my I-140 gets cleared soon, any guess how long.

Check your priority date on your FP notice and your appointment date. Do not miss it and better not change it based on lawyer's advice.

My attorney says that he filed my 140/485/EAD on 23rd Dec (Hope is telling me the truth)...

No receipt yet :(

Anyone else with similar experience?
