Data Consolidation Project February Thread

sd_eagle,

I think you have sorted those few sheets from 02-075 on date manually. You need to select only Row 2 thro end ( looks like you selected 1 thro end ) and Col A thro H if you are sorting

If that is the case just sort that once again and change the order to desc, it sould be OK . Make sure to select 1-End , A-H
I am not undoing as I am not sure my assumption is correct.

Suggestion :
If you would like to look at the sheets ordered date wise , use the macro sort485 and choose the date for sort order ( you can choose date or status or srcno ). It will sort all sheets in that file, and that way we will eliminate any manual errors.

sd eagle, i am reusing your number 161 for cons_01

added some empty sheets 01-189, 01-196, 01-194

rescanned the whole cons_01 to show activity did not die at TSC.

151 approvals since 2/9/01

151 approvals since 2/9/2004 ( I hope).

If that is the case, it is good :)

Well, it is not too slow comparing to a few weeks ago. There may actually be more. And if you look at the activity, 370 cases changed status since 2/9, and that's not bad.

My theory is that TSC is running out of cases that are FP recvd, and/or RFE recvd since last week. No they have to issue some FP, some RFE when looking at the same number of cases.

All in all, the acceleration is definitely gone. TCS, when can we see some 500 apprval weeks?

Well - 151 cases in 2/3 days in not bad.

I am not sure if I agree with your theory - my status is FP received (resumed processing) - Sep 2001, FP in April.

Same status ... No change. May be they have directed more people to later cases... who knows.

But it is good to see some approvals on the same time I am getting bit frustrated also because most people in my range are approved and a lot of them in 2002 and 2003

scan for src02-155

here is the scan for SRC02-15550000 to SRC02-15554554.
after this i got too many bad queries.

476 485s !!!

cons_01,cons_02,Cons_sum

+ More data for 01-222
+ rescanned last night upto SRC02-180

Looking at yesterday's approvals messages for 02/12/04, I re-started scanning from 01-247 this morning.
Next person can take it from SRC01-255.

Maybesoon, no approvals for 01-247 since 01/31.. :(
But we hope it will change.

16 approvals for 02/12/2004 from 01-248 to 01-255.
and we know there are more approvals in Nov & Dec 01 for 02/12.

Pradha thanks for the Active column.
Pradha & sd_eagle, is it safe to run Sort485 ? by the way, sd_eagle check your PM.

Do you all think it would be good to run Sort485 so we have the SRCs sorted by Status group & date.
So it is easier to spot new approvals ?

Checked out CSC posts and figured maybe someone without Excel would like to see TSC stats this way. For those who has Excel, please join the team or help out to build a more accurate data set.

scanned 01-243

Here is the scan for 01-243 range data.
I scanned from 01-243-50000 to 01-243-51633, and 52000 to 52100.

Still needs to scan from 51634 to 51999, and 52101 and on farward.

Can't continue due to too many queries.

SRC02265 from 51000 52100

First time doing this. I did SRC02265 51000 to 52100
then got denied message -- please let me know if it works. Not to familiar with a excel.

Where are some sheets in the consolidated?

Should we maintain yearwise consolidated zips?
The latest consolidated zip contains only from jan 2002. Similarly some of the individual worksheet uploaded has confusing names (cons...) and have only a very few data- For eg:- the latest from stones has only the approved SRCs. Aren't we supposed to build a range over a period of time and then keep tracking it once in a while?
Here is my contribution 01-277, few approvals, few RFEs, few local transfers. This excel sheet contains all the cases pending in 01-277 and processed in the last few months.

here is my findings for 02-077 and 02-078. plus no findings for 02-076. i might revisit this date in the future. please add to cons_02. thanks.

Jaxen2 - I don't understand your message. We already have yearwise split across the file.
cons_01 is for SRC 01-
and cons_02 is for SRC 02- so on.

Cannot open the file

Have been trying to open the consolidated file. Tried quite a few versions. The message says file is invalid or corrupted. Could somebody help.
