hi guys,

just wanted to share good news with u guys that my LC has been approved.
my attorney received the approval notice as well.
my PD is june 26, 2002 and RD is may 2003.
my other colleague with similar dates also got approval. so looks like they have started maling out june appprovals.

LC Approval from Dallas BEC

One of my colleague got his LC approved yesterday

PD - Aug 2002, RIR, EB2, California. :)
 
labor approved

got a phone call from my attorney. my labor is approved. the pd is 7/9/02. received the 45 letter in March.

I thought I would be very happy when this time comes. But I just feel so sad. It seems my life is using on pursuing a card.

i am in ohio, it is a traditional case, non-rir. but there is no reply of my ad. It sounds it is between RIR and no-RIR when it reaches district by my attorney. not really understand

Labor approved!

The LC was certified on 04/13/2005, my attorney got the mail today.

There still is hope, hang in there guys. Good luck and God Bless You all!!
 
congrats!!! can you post the same info in the other Dallas BEC tracker too? this validates what everyone has understood - initially it was taking 3+ months for people to get their approvals

NON-RIR SWA cases update?

What's happening with the remanded (From DOL to SWA) cases? Any update on the current date?

Looks like only RIR cases have been moving in BPC. Anyone with NON-RIR case, PD in 2001, getting 45 days letter / LC processed?
