Approval flood

Good to see lot of approvals from Dallas. Congratulations to all who's cases are approved especially mnhrdc and raydhan. Its really weird to hear that Raydhan's case got approved in April but recieved his approval letter in August.

Not sure what happened to Zainy's case.

Guys,

I sent an email to h1b7yr@dal.dflc.us, h1b7yr@phi.dflc.us
and got the status reply from wh1b7yr@phi.dflc.us with all
details. I've question regarding two fields:

1. Case Status: in their reply is Closed. What does it mean?

My company replied 45 days letter around first week of feb 2005.

2. Processing Center:
Dallas Backlog Elimination Center

If processing center is Dallas why i got an email from h1b7yr@phi.dflc.us ?

My PD is: 7/15/2002 and filed from California

Any feeback is really appreciated.

When you send mail for Status Check what info you add Just need to add Case Deatils or should it be a formal letter

What are the first five digits of Your ETA Case No.? D-XXXXX?

Zany's case got certified long ago. He showed his true colors and ditched this forum once he squeezed out all the info he could get from this forum.

Based on what other members have posted, it is taking somewhere between 2 - 3 months to get the actual approval letter.

all my dates are very close to all your dates you have mentioned. My LC would have been approved except that it got closed for what ever reason and reopened again. That changed my eta # from D-0428something to D-05124-XXXX. I am mojorly PO'ffd. Did the something thing happen to you? Did your case status ever go to 'CLOSED', just wondering. Thanks

Not as I know of. Also, I don't remember I saw any post regarding RFE or NOF. so I'm sure you are okay. I reckon all the cases they are dealing with now had already been certified by the state.

My Case has been certified. :) I haven't got the actual paperwork, but the screenshot had the case status as certified.

Got Lc Approval From Dbec

My lawyer received my LC approval in mail. I don't know when it was actually certified in the DBEC system

here are my details...

DOL - San Francisco
PD - JULY 2002
RD - MAY 2003
45 Day Letter received 03/10/2005 replied 03/18/2005
 
When can I expect the actual approval letter from the DOL? The screen shot shows that the labor has been certified (certification date 7/5/05).

Could you find the following from laywer:
1. Your case no D/P-XXXXX-XXX (D/P can tell us whether Dallas or Philly)
2. If it is Philly, please also confirm whether approval is from Dalla or Philly.
