Find out the PD

buckleup1 said:
I spoke to my lawyers para legal today and she said although they have not received any approvals from Dallas BEC, she got a "Request for further Info" from Dallas on a June 2003 RD case-SF DOL-EB2-RIR case. The Dallas BEC apparently told her that after getting this info they will forward the case to DOL for approval. I am gathering that this is also in"final review" process. The info BEC was asking abt was on company recruitment efforts.

Now I'll let Zb do the analysis-but June 03 RD means it is June/July 2002 PD-right ? because mine is July 03 RD and I have August 02 PD.

Please find out the PD of the case..

The PD could range from April to June 2002 as this case may have got an NOF at the state level and got delayed moving to DOL from EDD

thx

It is most probable..

According to Shaakas's update, it seems to me that the CO queue has reached April, 2002. Given that there are about 1600-1800 cases waiting for CO's review, and your numbers that there are 660 cases for 04/2002 and 1022 for 05/2002, my speculation is your case is now waiting for the final review of CO. The RIR queue should already be at 05/2002 or even passed it.

Am I making any sense here?

You are in the same line of thought as me here..

Just wondering why Raydhan and GCNoway have not recieved their approvals yet?

:(

LC approved

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi guys!

My friend's LC was approved on Thursday last week. His PD was April 25, 2001 , from Louisiana.

shaaka - could you let us know more on the 45 day letter for this Aug 02 case? I am just trying to see how long its currently taking after receipt of the letter..my guess is initially they took quite long since they were setting up their operations at the BEC, but from now on, they should be giving approvals or should give a FINAL REVIEW status within 90 days

shaaka said:
When i asked how do you know about the queue she said, she sent a email query to find the status about one Aug 2002 RIR case and she got reply back with "FINAL REVIEW". That's how she confirmed this.

To ZB on Prority Date

As a followup to my previous posting:

Their approvals are either on the way or waiting in CO line as well.

No worry! You will get it soon! Just think about the people like me, SWA case, PD: 9/2004. Totally hopeless! It would be a big loss if you leave this thread after you get your LC. You have done a great job! I wish you could have come up some numbers for the SWA cases as well just like what you did for the regional.

I suggest you to start the preparation for your 140 and 485 petition ASAP, if you haven't yet.

Good luck.

Comeon 2manzi be +ve You must be Lucky comapred to others you may hear LC before 2006 which makes you waiting only 2 yrs.
Bec is more benefitial for Later PD's if they are from most retrogressed States like CA,TX,NY. If you were from maine this is long haul

With the information from buckleup1, we can infer that the Analysis queue has reached June 2002. When the file reaches an analyst and they start processing it, that is when the NOF and RFE (Request for Information) is generated.

From this I am pretty convinced that RIR queue has moved into June 2002 for Analysis..

This means most April/May 2002 cases are either waiting for FINAL-REVIEW and Approval in the CO queue or they already in the mail...

I am waiting eagerly to hear from GCNoway and Raydhans approval news..

No Approvals until end of summer

I am sorry to budge in, but as per my Attorney (Oakland, CA), we should not expect any approvals until the end of summer or until all the data entry is complete. Some approvals that we have seen so far are part of the training to contractors and nothing much. So keep your fingers crossed.

SWA PD: Aug. 2002
SF DOL: Jun 2003
45 Day letter: Mar 2005 (don't know which BEC is came from)

This is not true..there are too many approvals and in the pattern I predicted to be just training. Also the Dallas BEC said in its official statement that they have started processing and approving cases.

Thanks

My PD is January 2002 (Michigan / Chicago) RIR

Any idea, or can I assume that my approved LC is in the Snail Mail?

Any comments?

Thanks Guys

gbroder, are you sure your PD is Jan 02 from Michigan?? if so, there is NO way a RIR case from that PD is languishing in the backlog center..all cases from Dec 02, RIR went to the BEC..the ones prior to it got their labors approved in a year in Chicago

Regular Permanent LC

Guys, is there any update on how are the regular permanent cases going? My case was filed on April 26th 2001, I got the letter 3 months ago and responded to it, ny number is D-05006-11***. Does anyone know quickly they work on the cases? I read about the girl in Louisiana who got her approval for the petition filed on April 25th. I remember it took them about six months to complete the documents filed on April 25th in Chicago, I wonder if they will need another six months to approve/deny/whatever these documents in the backlog center.

Probably that's not the best place to ask, but do you know what happens if the company is sold to another one and I keep working for the new company? Will I lose the certification? I am sure I am not the only one sick of waiting and wondering if that all will ever end, especially with a positive result. Thanks for your help :)

Oh, one more question. Is there a phone number in Texas where I can check the status of my application, or maybe an e-mail address? Thanks again.

Regular (NON-RIR) Queue is currently in April 2001..

My spouse recvd the 45 day letter for a NON-RIR app. filed in NY on
Apr 29, 2001 on April 15, 2005.
The lawyer responded to the 45 day letter in early May, 2005.

Any ideas what's going to happen next?
How long before approval?

Many thanks

NY is Philly BPC not Dallas BPC. I don't think anyone really knows what Philly BPC is currently processing
