My conern is in flcdatacenter.com database my PD shows 12/17/2003. Actual PD is
12/17/2002. But in 45 day letter shows correct info. Do I need to worry about flcdatacenter database data.

Guys I cann't say I understand your frustration as my PD is in 10/03, so que hasn't reached there yet.
But as I remember, Icarus has said, some cases have gone for more detail analysis or needs some more documents or something else. So might be possible that your case is in that que.
Just a thought, guys check with your lawyers and confirm, sometimes these lawyers are scary.

2) Affirmative Response to 45 Day Letter recieved on Jan 3rd (fax)
3) Case is in RIR Queue

Now what can be the reason that the software program skipped the case?

MNHRDC does have a pattern that suggests that cases entered earlier are being certified earlier... but some cases defy the pattern.. I have seen many cases after min D-04320-01XXX get certified so I cannot believe in the pattern

But there is no status on mine

My case

Hi All,

My case was filed in Arizona, traditional, EB2, PD Dec 2002, went to Regional, RD Feb 2004. I havent yet recieved my 45 day letter.

Can some one throw some light on what is the current estimates for cases in this category. I have joined the forums recently so not much idea.

Per daloon's post, it took BEC 2 months to mail him the approval notice? Boy, for his/her sake, i wish it had arrived as soon as his/her case was approved so they could've filed for 140/485 concurrently.. don't know if they will make an exception for his/her case for filing 485 simultaneously!! I hope they do.

When my case was shipped SF DOL was nowhere near May 2003 RD. In fact they are still finishing up the rest of the April 2003 RD cases

Look at Daloons case, seems to confirm the conspiracy theory that cases which could have filed for Concurrent I-140/485 before July 1 2005 were frozen at whatever state they were in at the middle of may 2005.

So what happened is at the middle of May 2005 USCIS realized that they did not have enough VISAS for all the LCs which would come out from Dallas BEC before July 1 2005 with PDs before June 1 2002.

So they stopped processing (all kinds of processing, Analysis, CO, Mailing) for cases with RD around May/June 2003 i.e PD Feb-June 2002.. Now when July 2005 is here they have taken the freeze out and we see this case being mailed out.

We have also heard QWERTY and anothe user post that they have found out that their cases have been picked up for processing. Seems like the wheels are churning for cases which were stopped. I hope to see some approvals for the skipped cases in the next 2 weeks.

I do hope, things clear soon. And regarding you saying your case has not been picked up. Stop blabbering & satisfying yourself by saying that. The cases are being done based upon PD and thats where it stands.

Please do not look at these stupid dates.
If you had followed this drama from the beginning you would have known that the first shipments of cases were from the SF DOL to the Dallas and Philly BEC (10000 cases each) in October 2004. If these dates were true, none of us would have the ETA # beginning with 04320 or less as that indicates that data entry for that case was completed on the 320 day of 2004.

I do understand your frustrations though. Every one is in same boat, some are in worse condition than you, some are still from 2001 and not yet got LC approved. Various reasons exist, God is one of them.

Shupping of cases....

These dates are the last cut off dates. It was general guidelines given to SWA's. It means all the cases has to be shipped prior to this date. Most of the SWA did not follow this, it was disclosed by DOL in the meeting with AILA.
