Hi KAGC,

I also received reply from DFLC on my enquiry for my case status.

Same like you I got reply after one month. but they wanted to know

about my company name and attorney name. I only gave my case number

which is on EDD letter and my PD.

Does this mean that they no longer give your case information refering to your

old case numbers(which I got from SanFrancisco office).

Thanks

I just sent them email with blank subject and following details.

UCIS screwed up

I don't understand, how come UCIS didn't think of piutting an AVM for updates, when they transferred cases to BEC's ????

This past week has gone by with absolutely no promising news !! I am sure there are very many people out there like me who log in to the forum expecting any titbits. There have been no comments from the regulars too.
Icarus and others pls come forward with some news so that people like us can atleast live in hope ......

Just some basic stats...no other news :(
Dallas PD processing is pretty much moved into 5/01 (finally). Also RIR queue is now over 16,000 cases awaiting RIR analysis and around 1800 (RIR and TR) awaiting final CO review for approval.

May 2001 to April 2002

So now can any one tell me approximately how many RIR cases are left in queue for subject period i.e May 2001 to April 2002?

This way, we can get an idea that when California MAY 2002 cases would start.......

thanks

Hi Icarus,
I really appreciate you for providing the info. But, as my case is in the Phil BEC, I am not sure how much of this info I can relate to the Phil BEC. Do you have any idea about the Phil BEC current status? I appreciate your feed back.

Cases still processed by regional office

Anybody has any idea how many DOL regional offices are still processing cases and what is the cut off date for sending the cases to BEC? This may help us get a better estimate how many pending cases will be processed by BEC.

Please pardon me if this question has already been answered; I am trying to piece together the information you have posted. If I understand correctly your numbers are from the regional(federal) level. What about the cases at the SWA level that did not make it to the regional(federal) level? I am getting the impression(I could be wrong on this) that only federal cases are being processed first which is contrary to the FIFO picture presented by the DOL.
Anybody any comments? By the way, kudos to your analysis. Excellent job.

Any update on how many State (SWA/SESA) cases have been entered @ Dallas? When can State Cases expect 45 -day letters from Dallas?? Any info. on Indiana 2001 State Cases?? Please look up the State info. and let us know.

I contacted my lawyer regarding my case filed from WI in Oct '04. It has not made it to regional level but has been shipped to Dallas BEC. The lawyer replied saying that he hasn't heard back from Dallas but expects to hear anytime soon from now.

SWA Cases will be processed

As soon as BECs establish a reasonable queue for them
Expect that to happen by Aug-Sep 05

Thanks

Hey ZB

Thanks for your analysis.
My Pd is Oct 2003. As per your analysis I might have to wait for almost 9 months to get my LC approval.
But Icarus is saying he has somewhere around 16000 cases in RIR que. Thats a way small number. Because from where dallas is right now to my PD , there are 36000+ cases. So its even less than 50% of what we have in our analysis. ( I am not trying to say your analysis is wrong)
My point is from Icarus information and also from the fact that some regions are still processing some cases, we can get approval from Dallas BEC before we are expecting.
What you say.

Hello!
Let's not be selfish. Icarus is risking enough keeping us updated. Let's not ask questions, like "when my case will be reached?"
It would be great just to know what date is being processed at the end of each week.
Let's hope for the best...

but u missed something in ur calcs ,that these 36000 as u said r less than 50 % of the total but the thing is that in front of u there r 36000 in dallas and the remaining r in phili BEC. so i think Zany B analysis makes sense. the whole number of RIR backlogged is probably around 90000 cases where like 60% of them are in phili BEC and the other 40 % r in Dallas BEC. whereas the non-rir cases r reversed.

so r u saying that till aug sep 05 , BEC will continue processing regional cases and by then they will mixthe remaining regional with SWA cases for RIR? or u mean that RIR cases from regional will be finished by aug -sep 05? there is a big difference and i think u r giving ur opinion but hopefuly it is based on facts.

Icarus don't have inside info for Philly. But still 2 month wait is not a long time. Good Luck to you. Thx
