Did u receive and RFE once ur lawyer replied to 45 day letter. Or it just got cleared after sometime.

Did you receive any FRE after ur layer replied to 45 day letter. Just trying to predict the trend here, whether they are asking for any RFE after 45 day letters once replied to it.

i got my labor letter yesterday. thanks to all of you guys for great help here and reducing the waiting pain.

Date of approval: October 17th, 2005

Me also send e mail to DBC & PBC but i didn't get any reply could you please send me what format you send to those office? and also provide e mail address i will try one more time.

Hi Freinds,

Sofar I was watching this forum silently. Yesterday I sent an email to the DBEC and PBEC for proof of labor pending for my 8th year extension. And I got a reply from PBEC within 15 minutes. In which the case status is not shown. Later in the afternoon I got areply from DBEC and to my surprise the case status is shown as 'RIR' my PD is 01-26-03. I hope I may recieve my labor atleast by this year ending. I work for a university in IT Dept.

My DBEC case NUmber is D-05007-12xxx

And can one update me what 'RIR' stands for in case status. I think saw about it some time back in the forum. But I don't remember.

Sorry I forgot to mention the state. Here is full details about my case. There is typo in case. It is 01/26/04. not 01/26/03.

My PD is Sep 08th 2003 from IL and I talk to lawyer , he don't have any information. How do I inquire from backlog center about my case to avoid misuse of my labor from employer ?

Approval Date range from the tracker:

May'03 : Between 9/17 to 10/6
Jun'03 : Between 9/26 to 10/12
Jul'03 : Between 9/29 to 10/22
Aug'03 : Between 10/6 to 10/21
Sep'03 : Between 10/17 to 10/24 say will continue till 11/6

Looking at the above pattern, dBEC approval rate is something arround 20 days to clear 1 months of RIR regional cases having some overlap.

It should reach to my PD (4/7/04) at 1/20/06 to 2/10/06. :D :D
And now you do the math. :D

Well, I wish the same. But the scarisit thing is that there are so many unapproved cases prior to those dates. It looks trendy, but still too random !!

I came to know about a non-RIR approval. He got approval from Dallas BEC.
PD: Aug 2003. This has been a non-RIR labor approval after a long time.
