My Lawyer put my name as the subject of the enquiry email. (Weird) what subject did you use Ram_Ram? I hope they are not looking for a specific subject..

Is it just a proof of filing enquiry? Read some where that one should only inquire if 7th/next extension is required– is that true/ or is there any other email id to submit for just proof of filing ..

Gurus: any insights on this?

Subject should not matter.

'Proof of Labor Submission Request' is my subject.

You are right! It is "Correction Letter Generated" and the date seems to be "02/09/2005" - i.e. when they sent out my 45-day letter. Although, they didn't ask for any correction. But I suppose they call it "correction" letter anyway. :confused:

Dear all,

I created the thread focused on H1B 7th extension for BEC sufferers.

Expecting more and more people, including myself, will be hit by this problem, given the current speed BEC processing the backlog, I thought a dedicated thread may be a more productive way to share information, knowledge, and watch the progress. Also it can provide more pertinent and clear information for latecomers.

There is something i also missed here

1.have you recieved your 45 day letter
2.If yes the date is printed on that letter.
3.Without your approval of continuation letter, DBEC would have not certified your case. Hence this date must be something different

My lawyer received my 45-day letter on Feb 16, so "Correction Letter" must be "45-day Letter", even though they didn't ask for any correction for my case.

Now it makes sense earlier postings you mentioned the date as 07/09/2005
 
How close!!

Guys, I am based in Dallas, and I just realized that the Dallas BEC is a 10 minute walk from my work.... ugghh !! Can I be anymore closer to my case? I think I have another year to wait, given my PD of Feb 04..

Recieved the mail today, still need confirm from lawyer.

It says ETA 750 has been certified, so I assume it is approved.
