I had the same message. They've changed the text about 1.5 months ago.

My EAD got approved yesterday, exactly on the 90th day from RD.

Called NSC. This time the call was picked up immediately, but it was customer service agent, not the immigration officer. She said she can't transfer either and can only open a service request as she doesn't have any info about namecheck et al. She told me to open another SR if I don't hear from them in 45 days.

I've sent mail to the President in early June pointing out the ineffectiveness of the FBI and name check process. I've got a response from White House in the end of July that they've sent a request to DHS. Response was technically received after I found out the name check is completed but c'mon the link is pretty clear.

Updating my info

I'm also waiting along with you folks for quite some time now. Now i got a letter from NSC saying the processing has been delayed as the background checks are not completed. I spoke with the IO about what thes background checks are and she does not know. I'm frustrated. I should start writing letters to the white house and senator and congressman.

I think only Jun - Dec 05 cases are pending. I hope our cases will be cleared by the end of this year.

TSC board is just having so many approvals every day..

... and no approvals at NSC in a week. I hope they didn't transfer all NSC employees to TSC :eek:

Job location change after I485 filing

My I140 is approved and 485 is filed about three months ago. My company wants me to relocate to another State. How long do I need to stay at my current location without affecting the process.
 
EB2 current from Sept 1st

EB2 will be current for most (probably all) casses on this thread. Hope there are some approvals here.. :)

Any activity, anyone? Approvals, LUDs. I wonder what's happening at NSC.. People on TSC board are reporting approvals by the dozen each day.

Anyway, one of my friend who had filed his 485 in Dec 2004 got approved yesterday at NSC. So, NSC is not sleeping after all ;)
