CSC I-485 Filing- May to Dec 2005 Tracking

Visa processing

It appears that for non-retrogressed countries I-485 is being approved concurrently at CSC rather than I-140 first and then I-485.

this happened for two persons in the past few days but even this is the procedure at this time, it won't last for a long time as CSC changes its routines every now and then!

Hope it doesn't hit a road block after reaching April/May of 2002 coz at this speed the next one or maybe within the next 2 months, we should be into the second half of 2002!!

I wish India EB-2 reaches EOY 2002 before run out numbers for this year..
 
Not to be pessimistic, but if numbers do run out, when do they open up again for the next year?

My I-140 is approved, now I am joining you guys in this forum.

Employment Based EB3 and PD September 2002, with worldwide chargeability; I dont know if I can proceed before my PD becomes current.

Green Card Received!

Just a week after my 140/485 approvals, I received the actual green card in the mail at home... :eek: still shocked and in the state of denial :eek:

Hi all
My I-140 is approved too so joining the gang.
Here my info.
Sub Labor: EB2: PD: 1/00; Country : India
I-140 - RD: 8/30 ; ND: 9/1; AD: 2/9
I-485 - RD: 8/30 ; LUD: 2/13

I did not receive FP notice, so I called USCIS directly (after looking at my I-485 receipt notice, which clearly mentioned that I have to call 800 number to make an appointment), and got BioMetrics - Code 3 done on 2/10.

The LUD's on my I-485 on 2/13 must be updates for the BioMetrics.

Will keep everyone posted.

That's very promising even if you were one of the lucky 370-something lucky ones who went through the pilot program successfully.

Question folks: Do we know as a fact that the same officer who takes care of one's 140 will process his/her 485 as well?

Did any of you - Aug filers - send enquiry on 485 recently? Please share your experience... Thanks
