#100 chaitalipunit: wac-02167 aproved !!! WAIT IS OVER

After much anxiety and waiting for the e-mail we got our approval
e-mail.
I-485
RD : 23 April 02
RFE : June 19 2004
RFE repied : biometric forms for me and wife.
proof of status while appiled I-485.
Employment letter from I-140 petitioner.
Used AC21 to reply for employment letter.

Very happy and relived. Have been franatically
checking e-mail and ucis.gov website every other hour.

LUD change 7.7 RFE received
LUD change 7.7 -> 7.9 -> 7.15 and 7.17 approval e-mail.
Approved on July 7.16
Same for wife here LUD also changed in between on 7.14 other LUD all same.
I can't believe it its over..

Had been having had time at work and personal things and this news is the best.
every reason to celebrate.
I cried out loud 4 times .

Set up my account to my mobile phone. Got text message saying that "This case is approved....blah blah blah"

Another chapter of my life closed.
Wish all of you will get approve too!!!

This is my first post here, as I am a silent observer for quite a while. This forum does help me a lot!

Just give you guys another data point. We got the approval email this morning (Sunday) at 9:02am, and I just checked the USCIS website to confirm it. Looks like they are working during weekend (as I do:) to get all the backlog cases through.

I applied for the EB1-OR (forgot the I-140 approval date but should be around the end of 2002). We didn't do con-current at all, as the lawyer said it didn't help.

My LUD history is 6/18, 7/9, 7/12, 7/17 (approval date). My wife's LUD history is only 6/18 and 7/17 (approval date). No RFE, two APs and EADs for both my wife and myself.

We did the FP on 4/26/03 and it will expire on 7/26/04. I did send the 1st level fax inquiry about the status of I485, after reading another guy's post here (also around WAC03111) about it helps to send fax inquiry as the FP is expiring. I think the fax did help the case.

Wish you guys good luck!! Now I am planning a trip back to China:)

My I-485 got approved 7/16. Got a mail regarding the approval. Me and my wife applied at the same time and did finger printing at the same time too. But her case hasnt been approved yet. Is it very uncommon and is it a case for worry.

Our cases were approved on Jul 13. We received mailed approval notices on Jul 16.

Changed employers: 7/28/2003
Second fingerprinting notice: 4/7/2004
Second Finger printing done: 4/15/2004
RFE notice (employer verification, pay stubs, 3 year W2s ): 5/25/2004
RFE submitted: 6/10/2004
Approval: 7/7/2004.

(I have yet to go to do the stamping)

I have been a new participant to this forum. Got a lot of wonderful information and support ever since I joined! Thanks to one and all who sent us words of support and encouragement.

This is a wonderful place indeed.

I just checked my status online just a few minutes ago and found that we (my husband, me and our son) have been approved on the 19th of july.

Went throguh a rough time and I can certainly believe that God has been good to us.

Now I will be anxious to receive the notice.

Can anyone please advice me of what the next step is?

EB3 case, concurrent filing (I-485 filed couple of months after I-140 filing), used AC21
1 FP, 1 AP and 1 EAD
I-485 Filed- 04/01/03, Approved-07/19/04
I-140 Filed-12/05/02, Approved-11/04/03
Fingerprint received on 05/01/03

I had changed job after 13 months of I-485 filing (which was 6 months after I-140 approval). Some people suggested not to file AC21 unless requested by USCIS, but I voluntarily filed AC21.

My AC21 mail included the following (mailed on 7/6/04):
1) AC21 letter from me
2) Employment verification letter from current employer
3) Most recent 3 pay stubs
4) Company’s 2003 Annual report
5) Change of address request letter from me
6) Change of address request letter from my wife
7) Copy of I-140 approval notice (sponsored by my previous employer)
8) Copy of my I-485 receipt notice
9) Copy of my wife's I-485 receipt notice
10) Copy of my current valid EAD (as I am using it)

Here are the online LUDs or file movement track:
My I-485: 07/14/04, 07/20/04 (Approved on 07/19/04)
My wife’s I-485: 07/14/04, 07/16/04

I am the principal applicant. My wife’s application was filed with me, fingerprinting was also done with me, but still pending. Don’t know why. The only reason I can think of is… her medical was not 100% done because of pregnancy. Don’t know yet what should we do about that. Online doesn’t mention about RFE or anything yet.
